Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is central and within walking distance to most attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, though a bit warm at times. The staff were welcoming and provided helpful recommendations, though the service was not consistently fantastic. Dining offered top-quality, delicious options, satisfying a variety of tastes. Overall, a good value for a relaxing trip with some minor inconveniences.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room, although a bit small, was modern and comfortable. We could securely store our bicycles off the courtyard. The service was friendly and accommodating, with facilities to keep our bags after checkout. The location was perfect, right at the heart of Delft's old center on a beautiful canal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The dining experience offered a good variety of options, although some diversity would be welcome.
The hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful canal in the historic section, very welcoming and helpful service, central to everything making the walkability key to a relaxing trip. The rooms looked much worse than the advertised pictures with worn-down features and mold stains on the ceiling. The dining was very nice offering a good variety but lacking more fresh fruit options.
The hotel room with the amazing jet bath was very large and clean, and being off the courtyard allowed us to securely leave our bicycles. However, there was a delay in ordering coffee at breakfast time.
The hotel was a bit of a letdown overall. The rooms, even though nice, were far too small and not worth the high price. The service was adequate but not extraordinary. However, the central location was convenient for exploring the city. The dining options were decent but lacking in variety.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, tucked away under the eaves and secure enough for us to leave our bicycles. The friendly and helpful service staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the city center, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining options were satisfactory, providing a nice variety of foods at reasonable prices.
